Dynair
The DYNAIR is a dynamic Double Whizzer classifier.
This type of separator is commonly fitted to pendulum mills, but can also be used in a pneumatic circuit, either alone or in combination with a pulverizer mill or ball mill, with the possibility of recycling the mill rejects.

DYNAIR
Operating principle
Classification results from the combination of air circulation and centrifugal force exerted by a turbine. Fineness ranges from 100 to 40µm. Coarse particles are propelled against the separator wall and discharged as rejects to the bottom of the separator. Fine particles are carried upwards by centripetal force (air circulation) along the rotor and discharged to the particle collector. The separator is driven by a belt pulley with an electronically variable speed motor.
