The project begins with the first customer contact, extending up until final commissioning and beyond through the After-Sales department. The quality of the services provided by POITTEMILL and FORPLEX has one key objective being the long-term satisfaction and success of their customers.

Turnkey Project

In order to define the process that is best adapted to your needs, we carry out the following tests on samples of your raw material(s) in our specialized, fully-equipped laboratory, unique in France:

Inlet size and particle size distribution
Moisture content H2O
Hardness Mohs scale and Hardgrove Index (HGI)
Inlet temperature admission and Outlet particle size distribution
Nominal and maximal industrial flow (T/h) : for a better efficiency

We cooperate fully with our customers in order to obtain a maximum of information concerning the products to be treated, in particular regarding their microscopic structure and specific handling risks.

Once the results of the particle size tests have been obtained, a preliminary flowsheet is drawn up in the form of a drawing composed of an equipment circuit. As we pride ourselves on offering made-to-measure solutions to our customers, individual flowsheets are unique to each raw material and installation.

POITTEMILL and FORPLEX have a semi-industrial pilot plant that incorporates our entire product range enabling us to determine and demonstrate the most appropriate technical, financial and enviromental solution for each customer project. In-depth discussions with the customer take place prior to the raw material characterization and grinding test phases.

When the initial grinding tests are completed, the equipment is ready to be finalised. Our design department prepare a second definitive equipment circuit : the Design flowsheet. This flowsheet serves as a base plan for the provision of the final ‘turn-key’ project.

Once the key design and production stages are over, the project is ready to be delivered.
Our notion of ‘turn-key’ solutions is built upon the guarantee that your installation or individual grinder is designed, assembled and started by a team of professional engineers and technicians.

We provide comprehensive training for staff in charge of operating the equipment. An After-Sales / Maintenance team are also available should you wish to opt for a personalised service package.
We stock a wide-range of spare parts in our workshop, enabling us to respond rapidly to cover your requirements.
